Labor activity
After graduating from a technical school, my labor activity began at the Kamensk-Ural Metallurgical Plant (KUMZ). A little less than a year I worked in an electrical laboratory (ETL), as an electrical technician. Under the guidance of senior colleagues, he was engaged in testing, measuring and checking high-voltage equipment, dielectric materials, personal protective equipment. Carried out maintenance and repair of secondary switching circuits of 10 kV switchgear. These were the 90s, which my and the older generation remember with horror (of course, who was not a bandit). The salary was small. Somehow, after another paycheck, I went to the store and bought myself summer shoes, and of the entire amount received, I only had a quarter left. Like every young person, I wanted more. I went looking for higher income.
As a result, he got a job as an electrician in the Industrial and Housing Repair Trust (PZHRT). Here the work was unpretentious, he serviced the electrical equipment of residential multi-storey buildings (introductory switchgear 0.4 kV, floor panels, electrical wiring, electric lighting). Six months later he became a master. Worked here for three years. But as it often happens today, the office began to wither over time, salaries became smaller, and it was time to change something again.
The next refuge was the “State Unitary Production Association “October” (“GUPO “October”), in the common people a radio factory. I will not write anything about my labor activity at this enterprise, I will only say that I worked there first as an electrician (for a year), then I became the head of the section. I worked here for a little over three years.
The 2000s have arrived. Lawlessness is over, enterprises have started to work, of course, primarily processing and metallurgical ones. Earnings at such enterprises were higher than at other factories. I began to try my luck, hanging around the thresholds of personnel departments. The Internet at that time was just beginning to take root, it was expensive. And then there was nothing to look for on the Internet, especially work. Now everyone knows such giants as hh.ru and superjob.ru, but then you had to look for all the work with your feet. As a result, I was lucky to get a job at the Sinar Pipe Plant (SinTZ) as a foreman.
I consider this place of work the most interesting and informative in my career. At least for now. I worked on it from the year 2000 to 2011, except, of course, that we were “thrown” from one workshop to another, from one enterprise to another. But all this happened on papers (in the work book). In fact, all the personnel (work collective) were in the same shop, in the same areas.
The pipe shop I worked in is a huge building 660 m long and 144 m wide. Inside the shop there is a huge amount of mechanical and electrical equipment. The workshop is divided into two parts - the first and second stages. Rolling production and pipe finishing (after rolling) are located at the first stage. The second stage is equipment for heat treatment of pipes, and equipment that produces end products, namely drilling, tubing and casing pipes.
Initially, my place of work was the second stage. Over time, I grew up in position, first to the senior master of email. section of the first stage, then to the electrician of the workshop.
While working as a foreman, my duties included leading a team of 14 people (electricians). I remember these people fondly. Thanks to them for their joint work, and especially to my foreman Gennady Ivanovich Lagunov! With warmth, I also remember the people from the brigade serving the neighboring site, with whom we closely communicated during work.
In addition, while working as a foreman, I was involved in drawing up lists of defects, equipment repair schedules (current and capital), work organization plans, reporting documentation for the completion of repairs. Drawing up acts of the technical condition of equipment, acts on equipment downtime, technical specifications, memos. Certification of subordinate personnel, as well as non-electrotechnical personnel for the electrical safety group. Checking for compliance and subsequent adjustment of the electrical circuit diagrams of the fixed equipment. Keeping logs of the first stage of safety control, aggregate logs, logs for the disposal of mercury-containing lamps, logs for accounting for load-handling devices. Making requests for materials. Work with contractors involved in the design, installation of newly installed equipment.
As a senior foreman, my duties were not much different from those of a foreman, only my responsibility expanded. But when I became a workshop electrician, then the duties changed a little.
I was responsible for the electrical facilities of the entire pipe rolling shop. Engaged in solving organizational issues related to the interaction of repair and maintenance departments of the shop (power supply, automation, electric drive, fire alarm and automation, communications). Engaged in resolving issues related to the performance of work included in the investment program of the enterprise (participated in meetings of the shop manager, chief engineer, and technical director). Produced the admission of contractors for work in the shop.
But I wanted romance. I wanted to become free from hired labor, from bosses. I opened my LLC. Started designing. supplies, el. lighting, el. drive and automation. He did several works, one of which, to be honest, was not successful. But then my zeal faded. Conclusion, you need to think before you take any action.
In general, all the time left until today, I did everything I could. He mainly designed and adjusted, being hired for one-time work. Passionate about creating informational websites. In the period from 2010 to 2019, this type of activity brought a good profit from Google and Yandex ad impressions. At the same time, I studied well two content management systems (CMS), these are Joomla and WordPress. Sufficiently, in order to independently administer my own sites, I studied several languages - HTML, PHP, CSS, SQL.
For all the time he created several sites that he completely filled himself, these are "Electromechanics" (electromechanics.ru), "Artificial lighting" (artillum.ru). Then the sites for which I have already ordered content from copywriters - “Briefly about everything” (kratko-obo-vsem.ru), “About juices” (prosoki.ru), “Electronic payment systems” (elperevod.ru), “Kneading Concrete" (zamesbetona.ru), "Auto-Moto Things" (avto-moto-shtuchki.ru) and "Construction site" (building-plot.ru). The most successful of them are "alive" to this day.
What about at present?
Now and to this day I am engaged in maintaining the "viability" of sites, although not to the extent that it was before. To this day, I design, construct and adjust, but also less.
My interests began to shift towards programming. I program industrial controllers and logic relays of the company "OWEN", because in terms of price / quality ratio I consider them the most worthy in the Russian market. I am already good at programming in the MQL5 language, trying to create something worthy for the MetaTrader information and trading platform.
I started blogging in my native (Russian) language - https://zhivoglyadov.ru. On this blog I will publish translations of articles. Unfortunately, I do not know English, only at the level of translation with a dictionary, so I will do translations with Google Translate. So, if you are interested, bookmark the site and visit it sometimes.
See you.
