On July 25, 2019, I purchased a Denzel PC 2 / 50-350 air compressor (of course, made in China) to restore the anti-corrosion and paintwork of my car.
I read the instructions, and according to it, I made it a break-in. Opened the drain valve, and turned on the compressor for ten minutes.
The oil in the crankcase was filled from the factory, so it was not necessary to purchase it additionally.
During the break-in, the electric motor heated up to approximately 50–60 degrees Celsius, and the cylinders to 40. I left it to cool, and reasoned that later I would try to time the time during which it would pump the receiver from zero pressure to working pressure - 8 bar. From here, its real output performance will be clear.
That's all, until the next articles.
P.S.
In the comments on Yandex.Zen, where the article was originally published, I was advised to purchase a second spray gun, and for good reason. I will quote from the comments.

Approximately 200 liters output.

Sergey, I just read my writings, I wanted to measure performance, but I didn’t measure it. Yes, probably around that. For the HPLV paint sprayer (which I have) is enough. When the "trigger" is constantly pressed (at a pressure of 1.8–2 bar, and the air supply is completely open), the compressor does not turn off and the pressure does not drop.

LVLP or LVMP will suit you, otherwise there will be overheating and shutdown by protection. For a full car painting, the productivity is too low.

Sergey, thanks for the advice, I understand. I also thought that the compressor would “die” before I painted the car with such a paint sprayer. I wrote the type of paint sprayer incorrectly, I just saw it now. HVLP - high volume, low pressure.

Sergey, hello. This summer I continued to restore my car (almost restored), and what I want to say, you were right. Full painting did not dare for two reasons: 1) little space in the garage; 2) the compressor would definitely "die". Painted the car in parts: back; left side; right side; roof; hood. Distilled the car to make it more convenient. The compressor worked in anguish, turned off many times, especially since it was hot outside. And yet, I followed your advice and bought LVLP (Fubag). Probably if it were not for this gun, then I would not have painted the car. Pistol, by the way, is better than the first one. Thanks!
